My name is Dakota Foreman, and I am a student at DMACC. I am pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems. I took this course to get a full understanding of how websites and databases are connected and how they interact with each other. I enjoy learning how the things that we use every day work behind the scenes and not only do I enjoy learning how things work behind the scenes, but I also enjoy learning about hardware and how it functions. I enjoy learning about how computers work and how they are built. I have changed components in my computer in the past, and I enjoy learning about the different components that make up a computer. I also very much enjoy walking on trails, It is nice to go outside to get some fresh air and to be out in nature.
I have already taken a few courses in programming, I have learned a lot about programming over the past year. I have learned about different programming languages including C#, C++, and Python. I have also learned about programming concepts, such as object-oriented programming, agile development and waterfall development.
I am also very interested in space and space exploration. I enjoy learning about the history of space exploration and the future of space exploration. It is fascinating to me how physics change so much in space compared to what we experience on earth. It is also interesting to me how the time it takes to go to the moon is three days while a trip to mars is seven months. I very much can not wait to see the first images from NASA's new space telescope.
